this customer and has yielded

SUCCESS
Securing the opportunity and
the relationship, American got
to work with our architectural
signage team and together we
made an on-site hospital visit.
Through tours and meetings
with the hospital administrators,
we identified the need for
proper ADA compliant room
and wayfinding signage. We
developed a proposal and
provided samples and
recommendations for
‘Good-Better-Best’ scenarios,
so the hospital could compare
options to their budget.
SOLUTION
The hospital was in need of
a full installation of interior
signage for their new facility
on the East Coast. With a
quickly approaching deadline,
the hospital sent out requests
for formal bid proposals along
with general specifications
and timeline requirements.
The hospital administrators
were under pressure to align
a new source after their initial
sign supplier failed to deliver.
