• Existing Energy Management Control System
• 5 years old
• Pre-approval is required

• 70% of Survey Cost for duel energy source customers
• 40% of Survey Cost for single energy source customer
• Customers qualify by implementing 0-1 year payback items to
meet established minimum energy savings goal
• Implementation Incentive
• $0.02 per annual kWh saved
• $0.30 per annual Therm saved
Bonus for submitting custom project application up to 12 months from
completing Retro-Commissioning project.
