Thackaringa Base Metal Project
THACKARINGA BASE METAL PROJECT (held by Broken Hill Prospecting Ltd)
Competent Person’s StatementThe information in this report that relates to mineral resources is based on information compiled by Mr Alex Trueman, who is a Member of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Mr Trueman has consented to this report as an independent consultant. Mr Trueman has sufficient experience which is relevant to the style of mineralisation and type of deposit under consideration and to the activity being undertaken to qualify as a Competent Person as defined in the 2004 Edition of the “Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves”. Mr Trueman consents to the inclusion in this report of the matters based on his information in the form and context in which it appears.”
• Considerable potential for extensions of this mineralisation as well as new cobalt occurrences like Pyrite Hill South
• Exploration licence and two mining leases cover key areas
• Discovered over 10 high quality target zones for range of metals
• After seed capital share issue Heritage retains 28% equity (value ~NZ$3M after IPO)
• Recent valuation of A$10-12M for BHPL
• IPO to raise $5M for further exploration programs

Heritage report to ASX and NZSX on 16 September 2010 stated in part:
“Inferred Mineral Resources
Strategy
• Talisman - increase resources/reserves to 500,000 oz Au and develop mining plan
• Thackaringa - establish value for equity in BHPL
• NZ – continue focussed exploration (government pro-active on resource projects)
• Pacific Rim - identify potential gold “elephant”
• Funding - prudent use of financial resources

Further, no representation is given or warranty is made in respect of any future performance of the share price of shares in Heritage or any company associated with it. This document is not intended to, and does not, represent an offer of any securities.
The terms target, target zone, potential and potential target should not be interpreted as mineral resources as defined in the JORC Code 2004. The terms refer to the potential quantity of metal that may be discovered with further exploration, and are conceptual in nature. There has been insufficient exploration to date to define Mineral Resources in these targets (except where reported as JORC-compliant), and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in such determination.
Technical information in this presentation was compiled from reports released publicly by Heritage prior to 22 September 2010.
