Follow these key principles and think strategically

1. The questions asked in the survey are bi-directional; each question sends a signal.2. Each question should serve a purpose, but not every question needs to be immediately or directly actionable. The results should diagnose problems; not solve them. 3. The final question set has the right amount and type of questions; nothing more, nothing less.
