When new members join our team, we have a systematic, action oriented approach to helping them learn the business, familiarize them with the tools and tactics of the trade, and attract, uncover and discover new listing and selling opportunities. We meet once a week and discuss the in's and outs of 3 or 4 assignments, then the team member goes out into the field and completes the assignment. Some of the assignments are orientation in nature, some are educational assignments and most all of the are designed to create new selling and listing opportunities. After the end of our discussion, we set at time to re-meet and talk about the experience, we do a bit of coaching, we assign new adventures and off we go. Check it out.
