The Holocaust – What was it?• The Holocaust was the organised persecution and murder of Jews,

homosexuals, Romani Gypsies, people with mental health issues, people with physical disabilities, Polish people, Jehovah’s witness, Roman Catholics, and anyone else who did not conform to Hitler’s idea of the “perfect race”.• It took place between 1933 and 1945 in countries all over Europe. To
