What is a sore throat?

 A sore throat can be the first sign of a cold, a side effect of strained vocal cords, or an indication of something more serious (like strep throat).

Sore throats are caused by a minor illness and go away without medical treatment. Viral infections. Many sore throats are caused by a viral illness, such as: The common cold, the most common type of viral infection.

1st Remedy

Have plenty and rest but drink lots of fluids

2nd Remedy

Do salt water gargling

3rd Remedy

Hot liquids ex. TEA

4th Remedy

Chew on hard candy

5th Remedy

Put Viks VapoRub on chest and throat

6th Remedy

Apple Cider Vinegar
