Step 1: Appraisal appointment booked.
Step 2: Homeowner receives FAQ, How to prepare for your appraisal brochure, & appraiser review.
Step 3: WCCI’s appraiser inspects the home.
Step 4: Homeowner reviews appraiser conduct.
Step 5: Homeowner mails review in pre-stamped envelope.
Step 6. WCCI staff review & record results.
Step 7: Homeowner review results are sent to each lender in a monthly summary report.
Step 8: Appraiser is informed of his/her review results.
Step 9: Appraisers with exceptional reviews receive a thank you and gift card as a token of WCCI’s
appreciation.
