How did you spend the last few weeks of your

last couple summer vacations?

What happens there?The programme can be split

into two parts:– Recreation which includes

hikes, sports, canoeing, swimming, and enjoying the outdoors in general

– International Relations which includes seminars, lectures, discussions, and a Security Council simulation

You and 70 other students have the entire week to make friends, have fun, and maybe learn a little something too.

• Seminars from counselors can include topics on:– politics & movies– “green” consumer

products– the science of superheroes

• Feel free to talk about anything at all in small, informal discussion groups

Speakers

• We have speakers come in from all over the world!

• Our speakers work for organizations like:– The United Nations– The Department of

National Defense and the Armed Forces

• We also like to take advantage of the fact that we’re surrounded by the Rockies

• The Goldeye Centre is situated on the pristine shore of Goldeye Lake, which is perfect for canoeing and swimming

• The games field plays host to soccer games and Capture the Flag

What are the accommodations like?

• You’ll be staying in heated bunk cabins, with separate wash houses.

• All meals are provided by the Goldeye Centre, and are included in your participant fee.
