• You can easily add or subtract locations and programs at any time

• Easily book programs to use your locations

• Enter dates and times with easy-to-use calendars and charts

• We make sure you never accidentally “double book” a location

View your schedules

• Time slots are automatically sorted for you in calendars and charts

• View your schedules in a variety of ways (by day, week, month, etc)

• Easily print or email schedules

Connect to the web

• With just a few clicks, you can get your own scheduling website

• You can easily post schedules on the site for people to view and print

• You can even allow people to send you online requests for location use from the site

• Add any sort of an event

• Ex: games, practices, meetings, deadlines, registration dates, etc

• Easily add single events or recurring events

Events appear on a calendar

• As you add events, they automatically appear on a calendar

• The calendar can be viewed in the traditional grid view or a list view

• The calendar can be printed with just a click

Calendar viewed online

• You get your own website that your calendar will appear on

• People can visit this site at any time to see your events

• All they need to do is click a “Calendar” button on the site to view events

• Schedules are automatically backed-up and stored for you in the cloud

• People can access schedule information online without having to go through you first
