The goal of this report is to set up the focus of testers, test leads and test managers on the needs of every individual client. There are different projects - with various technologies, approaches, processes. Similarly, client's needs related to quality of product are different. Every tester had a distasteful stressful situation related to post release issues found by client side. This affects not only the reputation of the tester and the test team. If we miss the moment when the client starts doubting the quality, we can forget about important prospective agreements. Business is business, and the current report gives understanding of how to make the client happy about our highly valuable test services.
