To Fix this issue follow the steps given in the coming slides

1. Locate Rlapack.dll for R 3.4.3. [ Go to the folder where you have installed R3.4.3 and use Windows search (from File Explorer) to locate the Rlapack.dll. Windows search results should show Rlapack.dll in two locations. The Rlapack.dll inside i386 folder is for the 32bit R while the one inside x64 folder is for the 64bit version of R. For BlueSky Statistics 64bit you must point to the 64bit dll path and for BlueSky Statistics 32bit you must point to the 32bit dll path]. If you have installed R3.4.3 with default options then you should find the Rlapack.dll in C:\Program Files\R\R-3.4.3\bin\x64 (see image on page 3). Copy this path if you are using 64bit version of BlueSky Statitics. NOTE: If you are using BlueSky Statistics 32bit, the default path for Rlapack.dll will be similar to C:\Program Files\R\R-3.4.3\bin\i386 (see image on page 4). Copy this path if you are using 32bit version of BlueSky Statitics.
