completed, signed and notarized, the

How to Apply & Receive an Account

• At the bottom of each application, the Department completes several processes prior to issuing an account. Tentatively, they are:

• Received in Tallahassee,• The facility and permittee information are verified and

approved by Tallahassee and• The permit requirements are reviewed and verified by

Tallahassee and validated by District offices in WAFR.

• Also, issue those personnel listed as certifiers with PIN codes via email.
