How to Open an Instagram Account Via PC

STEP 1: Just be sure that you have latest version of chrome on your PC

STEP 2: Install App Runtime for Chrome (ARC) Welder

STEP 3: Now download Instagram APK from Google Play Store.

STEP 4: After downloading App run time for Chrome (ARC) Welder just Launch/run it.

Add your APK -> Browse it -> Just leave the setting default -> Click on Launch App

STEP 5: Sign In your Instagram account -> Upload your image as in picture below.
