Later in life, I earned 3 college degrees and 2 certifications.

I ranked top ten in my sales territory during three consecutive years at a Fortune 500

…while I was climbing my way higher faster and farther towards a 6 figure salary before the age of 23.

Had to sleep on a wedge to breath

I was 22 but so tired …people

thought I was 32

Until…

I had a serious winter car accident to be my wakeup call.

It caused me to go home dazed and in a fog, looking at all the flashing lights in my home office saying to myself "there must be more to life than this."

The job itself did not feel like a true calling and I wasn't participating in any of the hobbies or relationships that really filled me up. I felt stuck.

Meanwhile, my body was unhealthy even though I monitored my food and exercised.

I often had anxiety...I didn't feel comfortable in my own skin most of the time.

I always felt like I was spinning my wheels getting nowhere fast, with no time to do things I really liked and too stressed out to enjoy the people and things I loved.

2. Take a deep breath in as you move your hands, slowly and deliberately, straight up the center of your body to your lower lip.

4. Repeat three times.
