STEP-1 Please download other anti-virus or security software before you uninstall MIS - to safeguard your PC.

STEP-2 Save and close all the open program(s); temporarily disable the Internet access.

STEP-3 Click on Start/Windows key > type search terms "un" in Search item > scroll up and click on Uninstall a program link on the top of that menu.

STEP-4 Double click on McAfee Internet Security project listed.

STEP-5 If you don't have other secure add-ons installed, you can keep the Site Advisor; then you click on Remove button.

STEP-6 If you see the MIS "You Still Have an Active Subscription" information window displayed, you go on clicking on Remove.

STEP-7 Wait and follow the prompt boxes, like the info window "Your Computer is at Risk", you may need to click Check status button or Close.

STEP-8 Finally, you need to reboot your computer clicking on Restart now >> button.
