HumilityIn the next slides you will you will be taken through one woman’s desperate lesson in humility. That woman was Me! The story: I was desperate for change. While some people would shy away from it for me no change is like dying from thirst. Slow, dry and sad. Not so long ago I went through such a state. In desperate attempt to attract something that I thought I really wanted I bought a white candle which I would light every day for the whole month and pray that I get it. As days went on I saw that the candle was changing form transforming from a beautiful shape to an ugly blob. What was so amazing about watching this was how the candle and flame mirrored the growth I went through. I photographed it because I felt like I was being taught something. In the end I was sure of one thing : “when you feel like your spirit is in the dark, obey and be gentle because light will always shine on a humble heart. “
