INTRODUCTION
Hydrogen has always played an important role in oil refning.
Heavier crude oil, tighter environmental regulations and
increased heavyend upgrading in the petroleum industry are
leading to the increased demand !or hydrogen in oil refneries.

to signifcantly increased demand !or hydrogen.
"here!ore hydrogen management is !ocused on making the
#est use o! limited hydrogen resources and optimi$e its
operation.
%n addition, hydrogen management practices signifcantly
