Chapter Relations• Jeanna Hall, Debra Duerr, Wendy Green Lowe

• Completed: established communications channels with chapter liaisons, first chapter conference call, enabled chapters to use Affiliates tax-exempt EIN

• Upcoming: hold quarterly calls, create chapter resources, update chapter guide, facilitate chapter-to-member communications

• Need: help with all upcoming tasks

Technology & Communications• Tim Bonnemann, Larry Schooler, Beth Offenbacker

• Completed: member data migration, IAP2 USA website & domain setup

• Ongoing: social media roll-out, website relaunch

• Upcoming: Establish the infrastructure, team and processes that will ensure the creation, delivery and distribution of relevant content generated by the Board, chapters, members or partners in an efficient, timely and consistent manner

• Need: writers and (online) editors
