Harpreet Singh Batra – Managing Director

• With extensive Commerce Background Mr. HarpreetSingh Batra joined the group in 1990 as the Managing Director.

• Ever since, his leadership and dynamism has driven the group to transcend the boundaries of imagination and post an enviable growth record.

• His dream is to put India's urban infrastructure on the same pedestal as the finest developments of the affluent countries.

• And his confident, enthusiastic and uncomplaining attitude has seen him transform Imperia into a company that has assumed the responsibility of leading India into the future.

• It is the result of his hunger for innovation and his penchant for meticulous strategic management that the company has succeeded in bringing India's real estate credentials to the threshold of world primacy.

Brajinder Singh Batra – Jt. Managing Director

• Imperia's glorious expedition into the urban realty sector and the success of its far-sighted domestic projects is equally to the credit ofMr. Brajinder Singh Batra.

Brig. DS Gill – Vice President Admin

• Brig. Gill joined the Imperia group in Feb 2013 and has quickly become one of the key faces that represent the group.

• An avid golfer and a career army officer - with over 35 years of experience in the armed forces and 8 years in the corporate world - Brig. Gill specializes in Project Development and International Social Compliances.

• He holds an M.Phil. degree in Strategic Studies from the Madras University (2012) and has successfully evolved selection/interview structures at a National level.

• Brig. Gill extends the image of Imperia as a corporate house truly worthy of recognition it gets in the real estate industry.

P.K. Jain – CFO

• Mr. P.K Jain joined in 2010, as the CFO of Imperia Structures Ltd.

• A Financial Planner & Seasoned Management Professional with 27 years experience in varied functions of Finance & Accounts - Resource Mobilisation, Fund Management, M & A, IPO Strategy & Management, Treasury Operations, Project Management, Planning,Debt Management & Capital Restructuring.

• He is constantly active in assessing all the benefits of prospective contracts and is instrumental in assisting in all tasks necessary to earn the organizations missions while he helps execute staff succession and growth plans

• He holds an ACMA from the Institute of Cost Accounting of India (ICAI) and has done M. Com.from Delhi University with specialized inAccounting Control and Information System.

Manoj Dwivedi – Chief Architect

• Joined the Imperia team in 2013as the Chief Architect.

• In the course of his long experience of over 25 years, he has worked with a variety of eminent names in the industry.

• Served as a Research Associate with SPA for an Energy Conservation Project in collaboration with the Bartlet School of Architecture in London.

• And has worked for the restoration of Ghats of Mathura & Vrindavan.

• Holds a Bachelors degree in Architecture from the School of Planning & Architecture (SPA), New Delhi.

Anthony Malik – Head CRM

• Anthony Malik joined Imperia Structures Ltd. in September 2012 as the CRM Head.

• He is an active part of Imperia’s core strategy & implementation team in addition to his contribution to events and programmes related to clients and channel partners.

• A graduate from St. Stephens College and an MBA from I.M.I., New Delhi, Anthony has spent over 18 years, prior to joining Imperia Structures, with many MNC banks and real estate companies.

• In his spare time he enjoys playing golf at the Delhi Golf Club alongside his interest in wildlife and sports.

Nonika Khera – Head HR

• Nonika has recently joined the group and is responsible for the entire gamut of human resources.

• She is responsible for marrying the strategic HR planning with key business performance indicators, and creating administrative policies that are aligned with the vision of the company.

• She is furthering the transparent, amiable, uncomplicated platform that exists in the company and generates a sense of respect, comfort, value and pride amongst all the employees. In addition she is working on bettering the control and management of organizations demands and adherence to the corporate culture.

• She holds a Masters degree from Jai Narain VyasUniversity, Jodhpur, and has a work experience of over 13 years, in a variety of industries ranging from hospitality and education to telecommunications.

Sunil Anand – National Training Head.

• Sunil Anand joined Imperia Structures in September, 2011 and is currently assigned the position of the National Training Head.

• He has keenly taken up the crucial responsibility of spearheading the Training & Development department, imparting inductions and providing sales & soft skills training to employees.

• He assists business associates by showcasing the company’s credentials and detailed projects presentations to investors, prospective clients and stakeholders, A strong personality that has been extremely influential in representing the firm in terms of its media presence during press conferences & investor meets.

• Sunil Anand is an MBA from NIMS – Mumbai with an experience of over 20 years and has served in various esteemed industry verticals such as Retail, Hospitality, Education & the Service Industry.

• He has a flair for travelling and was formerly an artist of repute from the film & theatre industry (has worked in known serials – Fauji, Mirza Ghalib, India's Most Wanted, etc.) and has worked with the big names of the industry like, Shekhar Suman, Om Puri, Anupam Kher, Pankaj Kapoor and many more.
