Implementation Status OverviewThe project is on track to close by 31 December 2012. Most of the deliverables in the four project components were achieved, and positive results were recorded in some of the outcome indicators, such as elementary participation rate, secondary cohort survival rate ,completion rate and dropout rate. National Achievement Test scores in Grade 6 overall and in the five core subjects showed significant increases over the six year period of the project, although in absolute terms, this was still below the desired levels.
