Deployment

• Two teams ( North, South )

• Each team = 1 driver, 1 collector– Interchangeable roles

• Interstate travel requires extra safety

• State & US routes traveled at will

• Daily travel log kept

consistency• Detailed manual. Identification / classification• Drive all highways annually (in both directions)

• Record observed deficiencies and non-deficiencies.

1 exception is sign deficiency
