Major re-roofing project: Birmingham Children’s Hospital
In addition to the original Scope of Works, an area of the roof that had been burnt out and truncated as a result of a German incendiary bomb was rebuilt, including all carpentry work and was restored to its" pre-war glory.
All works were carried out to the highest standards of quality, over fully operational children's wards.
The project was carried over a period of 3 years, where of necessity, much of the work was progressing through the winters.
There was no disruption to the hospitals activities.
