The SkoFlo valve operates on a simpleand reliable principle of a given fluidflow rate will generate a consistentpressure drop across a knownrestriction. This pressure drop producesa net force on a piston which is counteredby a spring force. A ceramic throttlingpoint attached to the piston keeps thespring force equal to the pressuredifferential and thereby maintains aconstant flow that is independent ofexternal pressure fluctuation. Noadjustments are needed to maintaina preset flow!
