Project Purpose/ Description

• Mission-To reward and educate students with

a program that creates a foundation of good

manners and etiquette that will contribute to

their future success.

• Objective

-Expose students to a formal meal setting.

-Improve classroom and cafeteria behavior.

-Build Self confidence and improve social skills.

Attendees• The students that were selected were in the 25 percentile and

at a disadvantage of not meeting their academic scores etc. for

the year.

• The selection of students that were assigned to participate in

the Fine Dining Experience were assigned Success Coaches.

• These coaches followed these students throughout the year to

ensure their success.

• Holley Navarre Intermediate selected a total of 24 plus

students that participated.

• The project is a reward based approach to celebrate the

students hard work and success.

idea? Project Results-The Fine Dining Experience resulted in

a significant increase in scores in

students who participated.

-The following school year the County

implemented the Fine dining Experience

as a direct result of higher scores seen

within the project.

The innovative idea was the

first to be implemented in our

state of Florida/County.

Our idea has been shared

with partner counties/

district.
