Installing VirtualBox and Windows Server 2008

Download Virtual Box at: https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads

And finally we have downloaded Virtual Box

Now we`ve got to install Virtual Box

1.Choose the icon New

2.Here we choose name of our new virtual machine, our operating system at the moment and the new one. Next ->

3.Select memory RAM of the new virtual machine. I have selected 2GB. Next ->

4. Save the default settings for virtual hard disk. Create ->

5.Again by default choose VDI. Next ->

6.Again by default choose Dynamically Allocated. Next ->

7.Here we choose file location and size. I`ve made it 80 GB. Next ->

8. And now begin customize server settings.

9.Go to system settings.

10.There choose only cd/dvd in boot order. Ok.

11. In storage section choose Conroller IDE.

12. From button next to CD/DVD Drives choose first option and find your windows server 2008 iso. file.

13. And now iso. file is ready to use.

14.Let`s start making our First server.

Now just wait to load files…

Here Windows Server 2008 installation begin.

Here we make language settings. Choose English and US keyboard. Next ->

Choose Windows Server 2008 (Full Installation) Next ->

Read and Accept the license terms. Next->

Choose custom type of installation.

Here we choose Drive options, to make new partition.

Choose New

We select default size and apply it.

Give Format to partition. Next ->

Installation begin.

Complete.

Now system is restarting.

Windows server 2008 inform us that we have to make new password.

Make your password and go on.

Now we have got Windows Server 2008.
