What is MESA?
Member Enrollment Self-Service Access (MESA) is a web portal with the following functionality:
– View claim details and status
– Search feature
– Resources (claim forms, supporting materials)

New Users- Select “Sign Up Now”

Step 1: Select “Member” and enter preferred email address. (Note: Dependent option is for Short-Term Medical dependents only)

Step 2: Enter Certificate ID followed by two zeroes (“00”).

Step 3: Select record, then “Continue”

Step 4: The password must contain a symbol and a capital letter. The minimum length is 7 characters.
New user Registration - Summary
Step 5: Authorization- enter name and date.
Confirmation Screen
Return to Login.
Summary Screen
View claim details, search for claims, view member details, or send a question to customer service.
