Paging allows groups of extensions to be created that will receive calls (phones must support paging)
Intercom allows for a call to be placed to phones supporting the feature and for such phones to automatically answer the call and play the audio on speaker

Parking Lots
Callers can be placed in a parking lot with a time out associated, after which the caller is transferred to the specified destination
E.g. the receptionist can place a caller on hold while waiting for their desired extension to become available
The caller in the parking lot would then, after the parked timeout, automatically ring reception again, by which time the desired extension might have freed up

Queues
Callers are placed on hold and transferred according to a number
of strategies and based on priority
Callers waiting in the queue are provided with their position in the
queue, projected waiting time and the option to use self-service
menus to exit the queue and transfer to other destinations
Agents servicing queues are allowed to log in / out of a queue and
are provided with information re: callers waiting in the queue, and
queues can be configured in flexible manners to transfer calls to
agents

Camp-On “call back”
Camp-on Call Back is GUI configurable for each extension via the Users Advanced Settings tab and operates for internal calls only
How does this work (simplified):
In the case of an internal call and the called party is busy, the caller has the opportunity to select a camp on call back (via IVR prompt)
When both party become available the PBX initiates a call between the two users

External UPS
Support a standard USB-connected UPS products
Services include:
Monitor and log entry mains power goes down or is restored
Cleanly shut down the system when battery level is low.
Power off the UPS at the end of shut down
The UPS will automatically switch on again (after some short delay) when power is restored.
