•Reduced activities within the IADB; •Losses in operations at the IADC should DoD fail to guarantee funding; •Difficulties organizating and participating in events held at Hemispheric Security and Defense organizations; •Gradual decline in maintaining “Casa do Soldado” facilities•Flat salaries of IADB employees, relative to those of similar organizations.
