This work is a reflection about the role of water in the daily lives of the communities that live in the Colombian Caribbean. En some areas at the north drought and lack of rain make entire communities disappear while southern cities like Barranquilla suffer bad treatment in the channeling of water in the rain and causes flooding entire neighborhoods. For some the water gives lifeand for others ones the kills.
