Risk Segmentation - People• Are there enough?
• Do they have the correct skills? At what level is their knowledge? Education? Experience?
• Is there a good chemistry (team dynamics: Form, Storm, Norm, supportive v. competitive)
• Race, religion, gender, location, communication style, workload, demeanor, company culture

Risk Segmentation - People• Individual monopoly or group think? Social norms?
• Politics (individual, department, managerial/upward focused, company, industry)
• Representation by Executive sponsors & business leaders
• "How does this make me feel" - Support and "buy-in“ to goals

documented? By whom?
• Openly known process, or owned by a select few
• Are there pictures, diagrams, roadmaps, tutorials?

• Connected or not (can it run unconnected from a network)
