Turtle Bronze Swirl, pull and push the water to feel resistance

Turtle Silver Forward movement 3 to 5 metres through water

and lift head to breathe.

Turtle Gold Demonstrate horizontal arm sculling.

SCULLING IN OUR PROGRAM

Penguin Bronze Horizontal arm sculling with feet off the bottom.

Penguin Silver Horizontal arm sculling with feet off the bottom

for 10 to 15 seconds.

Penguin Gold Horizontal arm sculling actions, supporting the

body in an upright position for 15 seconds.

Scull head first on the back.

position.

Breaststroke scull (small pull) 10 metres

BREASTSTROKE PROGRESSIONS IN YOUR PROGRAM #3

Breaststroke kick on front 15 metres with correct

breathing timing.

Breaststroke pull 15 metres with correct breathing

timing.

BREASTSTROKE PROGRESSIONS IN YOUR PROGRAM #4

Breaststroke 25 metres with correct timing.

By following the KICK and PULL progressions, the

swimmer will be able to

kick and breathe with the correct timing and

pull and breathe with the correct timing

By connecting the pull and kick together, the

breathing timing should look after itself
