Progress Update Week ending 15th April

Programme Update - ITS For Period : Mon 14th March – Friday 15th April

- Completed new dormer construction within roof and associated external render

- Completed Bauder roofing to new build structure and continued works to existing re-roof

- Completed external brickwork to new-build structure & began stripping scaffold

- Completed floor screed pour to all floors and construction of internal lift shift

- Commenced internal partitions within new and existing buildings

- Commenced ceiling works to existing building & internal/external decorations

Next Few Weeks………..A look ahead to works commencing within the next 4 weeks :

- Commence installation of new passenger lift

- Complete works to existing re-roof and associated areas

- Continue 2nd fix joinery including hanging the doors throughout the existing building

- Complete necessary sub-station cabling works to energise new mains panel board

- Commence the installation of lighting within the existing building

- Commence installation of curtain walling/glazing to new build structure

- Continue internal decorations and complete all external decorations
