Today I am 28….and 28 reasons I’m happy
I love even numbers.
I’m going on a Snowboarding weekend with Ryan. Just the two of us!
I have found my dream profession at 28, and I thank God constantly for that.
I am healthier than I was at 21. I did my #Reshape, are you ready to do yours? You only have until February 16th to join me!
I gain new confidence each day.
Even if I were 80, my dogs would still quite possibly rule my life. And I love that!
I will always be daddy’s little girl. And my mother’s best friend. And my brother’s sidekick.
Most of my greatest friends are in their 30’s & 40’s. I’m catching up
I meet someone new each day, and I’m hoping that by the time I’m 100 I’ve met a million people.
My attitude rocks. And attitude is all that matters.
Speaking of family, my in-laws make me smile. I will never have to be the person who says, “Ugh – my in-laws.” I have the best!
I’m going to indulge in my favorite coffee shop today & get me a Barista’s Latte.
And then I’m really going to indulge and either: A. Find myself a gluten-free cupcake or B. Eat one of my Chocolate Udi’s gluten-free muffins. (I’ll put a candle in, too!)
California weather. California weather in February. Enough said.
I like getting older, mostly because I think I get wiser. Oh wait….maybe that’s just a saying?!
It’s my birthday and I’ll smile if I want to.
We launched FitStudio.com before my 28th Birthday (still in its infancy, but you get the awesome point).
I am officially headed to #SXSW!
I get to spend a minute in the homeskillet Minnesota next week.
The simple things are the most important things in my life.
I have continued to believe, "My three keys to success: One, work hard. Two, be your own person. And three, have a passion for what you are doing."
IHRSA’s 30th Anniversary is right around the corner (March 16-19, 2011). I have been invited to be a guest and live blogger!
The years filled with constant worry about “what everyone else is thinking” are over for me.
I am gluten free. I feel fantastic, and I have found the perfect gluten-free items that fit my life.
Next year I’ll be 29. It’s a blessing to be alive each and every single day. The numbers don’t scare me.
I love life. Yesterday. Today. Tomorrow. Forever. We are given one. I choose to live mine with passion!
At 28, being a “Digitally-addicted country girl with a (gluten-free) foodie & fitness flare” is exactly where I’m supposed to be.
And again….It’s my Birthday and I’ll Smile if I Want To!
