• iTunes is a digital media player application that allows users to organize music and video files.
• It is also allows users to manage the contents of Apple products such as Apple’s iPod, iPhone, and iPad.

• Creator: Apple inc.- Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak, and Ronald Wayne.
• Started with the Apple I• Based off of SoundJam MP.
Purpose
• To organize music and video files.
• To purchase new music, videos, movies, and television shows.
• To play any digital media file.
Content
• Music, Music Videos, Movies, and television shows.
• Must sign agreement with Apple to actually go on iTunes.
