• The customer must be on their corporate Wi-Fi or VPN connection

• Cannot start a meeting within Jabber (has to use the Meetings Client)

• CUCM 9.0 is not supported yet (planned for future release)Refer to the release notes for other on-prem version requirements

• For CUCM deployments, a new COP file needs to be installed in order to use Jabber for iPad – the profile name will start be TAB<username>

• Double-tap the Home buttonA slider with all running apps appears

• Tap and hold the IconA red – button displays onthe icon

• Tap the red – button

NOTE: The icon will onlyshow if the Jabber appis not in the foreground

Open the logs with WBX tracer tool, downloadable from http://support.webex.com/support/downloads.html

• File names

The filenames contain the date and a unique identifier

• User must change their status in Jabber for iPad manually

• Cisco Meetings (WebEx 11) Free users are not supportedFree users will get an error message when trying to login

Only “for fee” or Enterprise accounts are supported in Jabber for iPad

• GSB Failover not supportedRequired stopping the Jabber for iPad app and rejoining the meeting
