Technology unit - To design and make a new jam tart. Firstly we analysed Jam tarts - trialing, tasting (yummy) and comparing costs. We then surveyed 102 people for consumer preferences. We analysed our data Students designed new tarts and specifications. We now look forward to making our new enterprise and then presenting our business pitch to the Dragons Den.
