- December 1st 2013, a Hudson Line express train derailed at Spuyten Duyvil Station in Bronx, NY resulting in 4 fatalities and 61 injuries
C3RS Implementation :
- IMOU finalized on September 16, 2014
- PRT Staffing finalized in December 2015
- C3RS Training Program instituted for all PRT members in January 2015
- C3RS Employee Roll Out Mid April 2015
