Who will be the dragon warrior?

• As people arrive at the office, they will receive a dragon scroll at their desks.• The invite content will be

printed inside on the scroll• Along with the scroll we

will also give fortune cookies with wise quotes from Master Shifu and Master Oogway

Furious five

• We will have cut outs of each of the furious five peeking out of corners to greet employees as they walk up to the office floor

Caricature fu

• We will have Chinese posters with the Chinese alphabet used in creative ways showing different elements of kung fu• These posters will be put

in different parts of the office and will have both Dreamworks and Kung Fu Panda 3 branding elements

Sound the Gong!

• At a central location in the office we will install a gong• This will serve as a photo

opportunity for the employees• It will be designed keeping

the movie theme in mind and have both Dreamworks and KFP3 branding

Pre function

Decor• We will include Chinese

lanterns, fans, wall decorations and other Chinese elements in the overall décor• We will also have

installations of bamboo, with incense sticks and scent diffusers • We will have balloons that

look like the yin-yang

Welcome• As the people arrive they

will be served Chinese green tea• Hostesses will drape them

in specially designed Chinese sashes

signage• We will have direction

signage, which is essentially members of the furious five pointing towards the hall

The dragon warrior• We will have a promoter

dressed up as Po to entertain and engage with the children

tangram• As an activity, we will

have a larger than life Tangram that can engage adults and children alike

Sound the Gong! AGAIN!• The gong created for the

office will be moved to the pre function area where it will serve as a photo opportunity

The panda village• For the photo opportunity,

we will have a landscape of the panda village with Po and the other villagers as cut outs• We will have props like

Chinese conical hats, chop sticks, bowls, bamboo sticks, woks, etc.

them will be alternately black and white

Tabletop• The tabletop

will be a miniature pagoda with Master Shifu sitting in the middle, meditating and the words “Inner Peace” inscribed on a plaque attached to the front

Chinese dropdown banners along the sides of the hall in addition to the overarching décor to give it a richer thematic feel

Lion dance• People will be welcomed

by a traditional Chinese lion dance as performed during the Chinese new year• Chinese drummers will

play along • This act will be

accompanied by cold pyrotechnics• The promoter dressed as

Po will make an appearance here too

registration• On displaying their entry

passes, the attendees will be given button buddies with Kung Fu Panda 3 branding on it• The attendees can also

pick from a selection of stickers of their favorite KFP characters to take along• If the movie is in 3D, the

glasses can be distributed at the entry itself in the interest of convenience

Snack bar• We will have customized popcorn

containers and soft drink cups• Standees around the snack bar

with Po and a speech bubble with a quote about food

“I eat when I’m upset, and when I’m not”

“I’m going to need a lot more than dew drop and universe juice.”

Credits• As soon as the

people start cheering, we will cue a balloon drop• The balloons will be

black and white to reflect the Kung Fu Panda theme• At the end of the

credits we will play a sound bite of Po saying “You guys are awesome”
