Chain Technologies’ (CCT) GTS seriesfeatures a full line of reusable small(GTS-35) to pallet-sized (GTS-6000)thermal solutions for extreme weatherconditions. By offering a wide rangeof sizes, we can closely match thedimensions of the product payloadand the container’s payload area. Thispresents the opportunity to controlshipping costs by eliminating unnecessarilylarge container shipped with emptyspace. The modular design of the GTSseries allows for reuse under properconditions and replacement.

The GTS series’ simple universal packoutminimizes costs, including labor andturnaround time. Pre-charged Koolitbricks are fit into a variety of carefullydesigned coolant compartments awayfrom the product area. GTS containersare thermally sealed to ensure properperformance. Packout instructions areprinted on the lid or wall of each GTScontainer.

The PUR is designed to minimizetemperature gradients and optimizethermal efficiency. CCT’s proprietary,environmentally safe, high R-valuecustom molded polyurethane (PUR)formulation is non-ozone depleting(no CFCs or HCFCs), and is EPA compli-ant. In CCT's ISTA-certified and cGMPcompliant labs, during product designand development, each GTS model isprequalified at minimum and maximumloads, under summer and winterconditions. Payload specific qualificationis available.

Time-temperature graphs illustrate performance of the KoolTemp GTS-6000 underthe varied testing conditions. Ambient temperatures are displayed with red lines,and 0°C to 30°C temperature boundaries are displayed with black lines. Internalpayload temperatures measured by thermocouples during testing are shown withmultiple colored lines.
