Proposed VLC Project Overview

• Project scope is between 4 – 7 floors– Each floor to be approx. 2,000 sq. ft.

• Estimated cost US $100K per floor

• Visions is committing US $200K for two floors.

• Additional funding is required for completion of the project.

• Timeline for completion: 2009
