Greetings LCC Family & Friends! As a follow-up to the Annual Meeting week at LCC, I encourage you to view my State of the Congregation presentation given in the worship service from Janu-ary 20 & 24. The link to this House Church video is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OfUsdSXHg7k and the State of the Congregation begins at minute 26:25. Thank you to everyone who was able to attend and participate in our first ever virtual annual meeting held on Zoom last month. It was the largest meeting crowd I’ve experienced at LCC! Also, here’s a quick update to our activities related to Covid and the Ministry Matrix adopted by our Church Council (MATRIX LINK). Now that Cass County is in the “green threat level,” we are planning to begin offering hybrid Church School and Confirmation on-site soon, as well as opening up the fa-cility to small group ministries of the church. Masks and physical-distancing procedures will still ap-ply. Additionally, given there are so many outside groups looking for facility space to use and rent, the Matrix limits on-site activities to church ministries only rather than opening up the flood gates to outside groups in “green.” Peace & Joy, PJ
