Zemgale Secondary School

Educational programmes

School has 5 learning programs, including 3 different

programs for children with special needs – learning difficulties

as well as mental or physical disabilities. Those children are

integrated in mainstream classes - they are working in close

cooperation with other classmates that is significant step in

their development.

In 2011/2012 study year there were 43 students with special

needs studying at school – 5 of them with physical

dissabilaties.

Educational programmes

Zemgale Secondary School has one floor so it is very appropriate for children with physical disabilities. We already have some children with physical disabilities.

The 18th of november is a special day for us – it is our country’s 94th birthday and this year we won’t be at home but we will be together with our families and country in our hearts!
