WHAT IS LEADERSHIP

Leadership is plays a vital role in the any managerial operations.

It will be influence people and can be define behaviour, skills & attitude of the persons.

What happen in Mahabharata

• Mahabharata is war between two parties Kauravas and Pandavas.

• The war are happen for there kingdom.• The war will be happen at Kurukshetra.

LOGISTICS

Kauravas:- 11 akshouhiniPandavas:- 7 akshouhini1 Akshouhini= 21870 elephants, 65610

horses, 109350 foot soldiers

ROLE OF LEADERS

Kauravas :- Centralized leadership. One head of army at a time who has supreme authority of 11 akshouhini of army. Bhishma, Drona, Karna, Shalya, Shakuni.

Pandavas:- Distributed leadership 7 commander for the 7 division (1 command 1 akshouhini).

Arjuna (supreme commander), Krishna (counselor).

Leadership style

• Authoritative style:- Lord Krishna is direct to right way.

• Directive style:- Lord Krishna is to motivate Arjuna for his responsibilities and his works.

• Participative style:- Distributed all the authority to every commanders.

• Influencing style:- Lord Krishna is convince the Bhishma by using Yudhisthira.

Team Sprits

• Kauravas:- There is no team sprits, they all fought their individual war.

• Pandavas:- One team, one goal, they all had huge respect for krishna and there leaders.

CONCLUSION

Pandavas is better co-ordination as compare to Kauravas.

In Pandavas responsibility are distributed to every persons.

In Pandavas team sprit is very much high & also respect the leader.
