diversity and financial performance for 353 Fortune 500 companies (5 industries)
Companies with highest representation of women on their top management teams had: 35.1% higher Return on Equity 34% higher Total Return to Shareholders
UW College of Engineering Five of the top 12 grant-winners in
FY2003 and 2004 in the College of Engineering were women
But women are only 16% of the UW COE faculty
