Dashboard This screen provides an overall view of accessible functions and features available. You can see a brief list of eLearning courses currently assigned to you by your Manager.

The Status column shows the current status for each course (Incomplete/Incomplete Not started/Complete)

Profile This screen provides a way to update your individual User Information such as name and email.

You can also use the password fields in the Login Information section to change your password to something easier to remember.

Property Information

The bottom of the screen shows additional fields. Only the Job Field can be modified.

My Courses This section displays all of the courses assigned to your login. The courses are listed in the order you should take them.

Select Take (hyperlink) to begin the course.

The eLearning Course will load.

Select Start Course

Sit back, relax & learn.

Use the navigation bar to guide your way through the lessons.

Select the Lesson Menu to see which lessons are complete and which lessons remain.

Select Exit when the entire course is completed.

When you have finished the course, select User Home to return to the previous screen.

If you wish to review the course, select Retake or Review.

If you did not complete the course, you will see a yellow indicator.

The Review link only displays when the entire course was completed.

Notice, there is a quiz that corresponds to each course. Select Take Test to begin the quiz.

Answer each question and click Next to proceed.

The highest score for your attempts shows in the Score column. If your score is 80% or higher, you have passed the quiz.

When the quiz meets or exceeds the passing score, the Certificate link is available to select.

Course Catalog

The Course Catalogue contains a list of offered learning material.

If necessary, you can filter the courses displayed by selecting from the Curriculum list of values.

Select Enroll to add a course to your training plan.

When you are enrolled in the course, the link is replaced with Course assigned.

Be sure to select the corresponding Quiz.

My courses now shows the two additional selections.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Why does the color bar show as red even though my score shows that I passed the quiz?

The color bar indicates the most recent attempt while the Score column shows the highest score. A mismatch occurs when someone passes the quiz and then attempts it again but fails. In most cases, the passing score is enough to show proficiency.

Can I see when I took a course or quiz?

Yes, you can click on the + next to the course name to see the history for that course. Each attempt will show the date and time you started the course.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Your manager can edit your user and reset the password back to the default. When you log back in, you can change it back to your private password.
