Including temperature controlled painting booth, and automatic media recycling system
in the surface preparation facility. We also offer a complete service for on site surface
preparation & protective coating, including metal spray application.

Based at our Facility in Pembroke Dock, we have the capability to prepare and
complete coatings to a wide range of components and steel structures prior
to delivery to site. The Blast booth at over 55,000 cubic feet with internal
dimensions 33.4m x 8m x 6m high. The Painting booth is over 125,000 cubic
feet with internal dimensions of 39.5m x 12.0m x 7.4m high. The Facilities
have long run off and run in for large components and a reinforced floor to
take low loaders, with no size restrictions to the motorway network and
deepwater port facilities.
Larger components can be accommodated with tented cover. We operate a
comprehensive quality control system accredited to ISO 9001 and ISO 18001
as well as a behavioral safety policy, ensuring complete client satisfaction.

All of our operatives are ICATS qualified (Industrial Coatings Applicator Training Scheme). Trained by our own in house SMT ICATS
Trainer. We are also Link up Approved.

acceptable level. In accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act etc., 1974 and all relevant subsidiary legislation, ap-
proved codes of practice and guidance. This will normally require ensuring that safety systems comply ‘so far as is reasonably
practical’. In cases where mandatory action is required, the Directors will ensure that such action is implemented, monitored and
maintained via the Group Health Safety and Training Coordinator. The Directors recognise that:-
• It is a duty of the Group Health, Safety and Training Coordinator to ensure the implementation of the Health & Safety
Policy and its subsidiary components are adhered to and monitored.
• It is a duty of management to see that everything reasonably practicable is done to prevent personal injury, and to main-
tain a safe and healthy place of work.
