BUT HOW DOES A CITY KNOW ITSELF?

FIRST, IT MUST UNDERSTAND WHAT IT HAS GOT..

But that changes every day…

SECOND IT MUST BE ABLE TO ASK ITSELF WHAT IT WANTS…

Maybe that changes every day too?

THEN IT CAN DECIDE HOW TO PUT IN PLACE WHAT IT NEEDS TO GET WHAT IT

WANTS…

A SMART CITY THEREFORE NEEDS THREE THINGS

2. A connected community discussing what it wants and needs
