Landmark rooftop units are designed and engineered for installation flexibility, reliable and efficient performance and easy serviceability. Landmark units are available in both standard- and high-efficiency models. And now, with the addition of the optional MSAV® supply fan and Humiditrol® dehumidification technology, the Landmark lineup is more customizable than ever before.

Environ™ coil system uses up to 52% less refrigerant, is up to 59% lighter and has up to 20% fewer brazed joints than typical units.
High-pressure switch improves reliability by safeguarding the compressor from extreme operating conditions.
Scroll compressor is standard on all units for reliable, long-term operation.
Slide-out blower reduces time needed to adjust fan speed and belt tensioning or for blower cleaning.
Predefined supply-fan motor/drive combinations make selecting components to meet static and airflow requirements quick and easy.
Easy-access gas compartment allows access to all gas components.

Corrosion-resistant, removable drain pan provides application flexibility, durability and improved serviceability. Bottom drain capability is also standard.
Independent Fan Motor Mount allows for easy and efficient service access without removing the top panel.
Isolated compressor compartment allows performance check during normal compressor operation without disrupting airflow.
Fork slots on three sides make it easy to pick up and transport units.
Full-perimeter base rail (with rigging holes) provides greater structural integrity, so the unit is easier to handle when rigging and transporting.

The Landmark® lineup gives you the flexibility to choose exactly the right configuration for your application.
• Configuration choices allow you to choose from gas-electric, electric-electric, heat pump, and dual fuel heat pump configurations—in just the right size and at exactly the right price. Standard-efficiency units are available in 2 to 25 tons, and high-efficiency models have capacities ranging from 2 to 20 tons.* More than 100 field-installed options are also available, allowing installers to quickly configure units to perfectly fit the application.
• Optional MSAV® supply fan technology easily adapts to changing conditions, delivering year-round savings and optimal comfort. Quiet, efficient and with an advanced variable-frequency drive, the MSAV supply fan also enhances system performance, delivering power savings of up to 61%.
• Humiditrol® dehumidification technology is now offered as an option on Landmark rooftop units. This simple humidity- control system delivers an efficient and effective way to remove moisture from the air, making it easy to create a healthier and more comfortable indoor environment.
