Library Services without a Library

• Working in tandem with the administration and faculty at a location you will be able to meet the research needs of your students, who do not have access to a Library on site.

• A Librarian or two (or more), armed with access to the Library’s databases and e-books, can provide much needed service to any remote location.

The Librarian is IN!

Our Experiences • Many students misunderstood our sign, which

was a good thing. Many come looking for a Library, but what they found was a Librarian.

• We were surprised how many students came looking and wanted a Library.

• They were disappointed with the lack of a Library. • Although, we did not have any books, we showed

them Databases and E-Books that are better than Google and Wikipedia.
